Meet the Owner and Trainer
Sarah Dickey
Originally from Southern Maryland, Sarah moved to Oklahoma with her husband and family in 2008. Her husband serves in the United States Navy and was transferred to Tinker in early 2008. This experience has brought many changes and adjustments to the family. While finally settling into the area, Sarah was able to connect with a local facility as Head Instructor and Trainer. As the program grew we expanded into a facility in Choctaw. We hosted an awesome group of beautiful horses and riders. This has allowed for outstanding opportunities within the Equine world.
In March of 2011 Sarah and her family re-located with the US Navy to Pensacola, Fl. This move was only temporary and they now are settled in Jacksonville, FL, at Naval Air Station Jacksonville.
Her youngest daughter now five will begin her riding adventures. She has shown a great interest and natural talent to follow in her mommy's footsteps.
With over 20 years of experience in horse care and management, showing, pleasure riding, and basic enjoyment and respect for this magical animal, Sarah can lead you to new levels in your riding goals. Sarah has trained in various disciplines including dressage, hunter jumper, jumper, western pleasure, judged trail riding, and around the barn pleasure riding. Her expertise focus on safety and balance between horse and rider.
Sarah also brings knowledge and practice with Therapeutic Horseback Riding.
"Providing the warmth and movement from the magical relationship between horse and rider, both children and adults alike, are able to bond and connect in ways one may never have thought possible." (Sarah Dickey)

When Sarah is not Riding or Teaching...
As life brings many bumps in the road it also brings many wonderful successes. Not only does Sarah have animals in her life, but most importantly she has four beautiful children and a very supportive and loving husband. As she teaches and trains you will often see her children watching from the side lines. Her husband is in the United States Navy and works many not flexible hours. The priority in their life is to raise happy and healthy children who know that they are loved and cared for in the best of every way. She values her time as a stay at home mom and feels blessed to have the opportunity to work a flexible schedule doing what she loves, helping others
"Ride In Harmony".
